This scan is ideal for expectant parents eager to learn their baby’s gender with 99.9% accuracy while also checking on their baby’s wellbeing. This scan begins with a fetal wellbeing check, where our Specialist Sonographers confirm single or multiple pregnancy, observe the baby’s growth and position, and assess the heart, brain, abdominal contents, and placenta placement. You’ll receive a digital Well-being Report via our MyScan App for convenient, confidential access. As part of the experience, you’ll also enjoy a free 4D peek of your baby, two photo-quality prints of your favorite moments, and all digital images saved directly to the MyScan App, allowing you to cherish and share these memories instantly. This scan is perfect for those wanting an early glimpse into their baby’s development and gender in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.
Our Specialist Sonographers start every scan with a limited fetal well-being check. They will confirm single or multiple pregnancy and check the baby/babies are growing as expected (subjectively). They will show baby’s position & placenta, confirm & visualise the heart, observe the abdominal contents & brain, as well as detect a limited number of conditions. You will receive a detailed Well-being Report in digital format which you will be able to access completely confidentially via our MyScan App.
During the scan our Sonographer will take a peek between the legs to confirm baby boy or girl.
To round off your scan, we’ll give you a glimpse of your baby in a 4D view.
After your scan, you can choose 2 photo prints of your choice to take away. Our scan assistant will sit you and your family down in our print area to choose.
You’ll be provided with a code, Input this into our free MyScan smartphone app and you’ll have instant access to all your scan memories.

Please note the primary aim of this scan is to complete a limited diagnostic check of baby. We then complete gender confirmation with 99.9% accuracy. If you just want a Fetal Health scan, this is available separately here. *If we are unable to confirm gender you will be offered a FREE rescan. No rescan can be offered if we cannot obtain 4D images as this is a free ‘sneak peek’.
Our Gender Scan + Fetal Well-being are 99.9% accurate from just 15 weeks. You can visit us up to 5 weeks before your NHS 20-week anomaly scan.
We ask our mums to arrive with a reasonably full bladder and ensure you’re hydrated. This allows plenty of fluid around baby, helping with the overall quality of the gender scan. We recommend 1-2 glasses of water an hour before. Please bring your hospital notes from previous appointments in case our Sonographer needs to refer to them. If you’re planning a gender reveal or just want to keep the gender a secret, our Sonographer can write it down in an envelope for you.
