We have some very wonderful events lined up in the coming months…but we’ve also had some exciting events happen recently. From early pregnancy to celebrity scanning, our clinics have been very busy…Swansea being one of them!
In the past few weeks, our Swansea clinic have been working closely with the DVLA (I’m sure you’ll know these guys if you’ve got behind the wheel!) and were involved in a pregnancy event in South Wales.
The DVLA contact centre conduct a lot of hard work on health & well-being, and have a lovely group in place called ‘Bump Buddies’. This is centred around the support of pregnant mummies in the work place. Once they’re notified of an expectant mummy, they make contact and ask if they want to be assigned with another mummy in a similar situation. This sets up a really close network of support and gives these mums someone like-minded to chat to and share pregnancy hints and tips with.
Juliet and Tony from our Swansea clinic very kindly donated our ‘4D + Well-being (VIB)’ scan package to the ladies as a raffle prize for their coffee morning and even gave a presentation to the group…

‘We did a free raffle for the ladies which consisted of bath products, bibs, dummies etc. and another of blankets, towels and nappies etc. It was such an amazing day and feedback was fantastic. It was really nice to have Juliet with us and for her to talk about what her company offers, as a lot of people don’t know they can go and see their baby and wait for their NHS appointments.’
